In this interactive session, the celebrated kids’ book Charlie Numbers and the Man in the Moon will come to life on stage as its authors, Boston’s very own Ben and Tonya Mezrich, bring us inside the mind of math genius Charlie Lewis, the book’s precocious main character. As his adventures lead him to the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum’s paper airplane contest, we’ll make some mischief with a contest of our own. Gia Manigat of the Roxbury Innovation Center will lead the session.
This session is dedicated to the legendary Mel King, who has dreamt to the moon for our own neighborhood kids.
